4.4. To conclude a consumer credit contract the Buyer is referred to a relevant service provider. The Seller is not involved in concluding consumer credit contracts and the Seller has no information about and control over the personal data included in the consumer credit contract.
4.5. Unidentifiable (anonymised) data are used for research and scientific purposes.
4.6. The Buyer has the right to examine their personal data at all times and demand their correction, removal or deletion, unless the law provides otherwise.
4.7. In case of suspected administrative or criminal offences, fraud or provision of false information the data is retained for ten years.
4.8. In case of disputes the data is retained until the claim is settled or the term of validity of the claim expires.

5.1. The Seller may disclose the personal data of a Buyer only if required for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy of the Seller.
